The paradigm of inclusive education faces a substantial debt to mental health. The high rates of distress among people with disabilities are not a natural fact but a "social wound" structurally produced by ableism. This theoretical reflection article, grounded in a humanistic and interdisciplinary approach, argues that well-being cannot be reduced to individual clinical interventions but requires a transformation of the social and epistemic conditions that generate suffering. Through a dialogue between critical philosophy, the sociology of stigma, and feminist and disability studies, it analyzes how the internalization of the ableist gaze and the mandate of productivity in the "achievement society" damage subjectivity. The concept of "social wound" is introduced as an analytical tool to understand this phenomenon, and the construction of an "inclusive subjectivity" based on the recognition of interdependence is proposed as an alternative. The conclusions point to the need for schools to become spaces of "epistemic care" and "mutual support communities," where the slowing down of times and the validation of neurodiversity become the genuine foundation for mental health and collective well-being. El paradigma de la educación inclusiva enfrenta una deuda sustantiva con la salud mental. Las altas tasas de malestar en personas con discapacidad no son un hecho natural, sino una "herida social" producida estructuralmente por el capacitismo. Este artículo de reflexión teórica, inscrito en un enfoque humanista e interdisciplinar, argumenta que el bienestar no puede reducirse a intervenciones clínicas individuales, sino que requiere una transformación de las condiciones sociales y epistémicas que generan sufrimiento. A partir de un diálogo entre la filosofía crítica, la sociología del estigma y los estudios feministas y de la discapacidad, se analiza cómo la interiorización de la mirada capacitista y el mandato de productividad de la "sociedad del rendimiento" lesionan la subjetividad. Se introduce el concepto de "herida social" como herramienta analítica para comprender este fenómeno y se propone, como alternativa, la construcción de una "subjetividad inclusiva" basada en el reconocimiento de la interdependencia. Las conclusiones apuntan a que la escuela debe devenir en un espacio de "cuidado epistémico" y "comunidad de apoyo mutuo", donde la desaceleración de los tiempos y la validación de la neurodiversidad sean la base genuina para la salud mental y el bienestar colectivo.
