Abstract (English): In the last paper from the series Information Sources in Pediatrics, basic features and general functions of bibliographic reference managers were shown. This paper aims to examine two of the most demanded reference managers at the present in our country, RefWorks and Zotero, showing their abilities, potential, and highlighting their strengths. This work will try to introduce the basic knowledge to the reader in order to start his/her activity in this universe of reference managers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): En el anterior trabajo de la serie Fuentes de información en Pediatría, se presentaron las características básicas y funcionalidades generales de los gestores de referencias bibliográficas. En el presente artículo se pretende ahondar en dos de los gestores más demandados en la actualidad en nuestro país, RefWorks y Zotero, presentando sus capacidades y potencialidades y destacando sus puntos fuertes. Con este trabajo se intentará ofrecer una visión al lector para que adquiera los conocimientos básicos y le sirva de puente para comenzar su andadura en este universo de los gestores bibliográficos.
