Abstract: On the fifth anniversary of what was the beginning of the end for "Captain" John Letnik's floating restaurant the Normac, the embattled restaurateur had cold water thrown on his plans once again. Letnik was watching the members of a salvage crew yesterday afternoon mon as they pulled pieces of the boat up from where it sank in 7.3 metres (24 feet) of water in Toronto Harbor at the foot of Yonge St. He hopes to raise the hull in one piece June 14.
