| Abstract: | Toronto's Pantages theatre opened Aug. 28, 1920, and its opening night show included six vaudeville acts followed by a play and two silent films. It was known as a combination house which meant it presented vaudeville acts and motion pictures. Admission price was 25 cents to matinees and 45 cents to evening shows, including taxes.
