The article reports on fusion heavy metal band Armadura which is recording a music video at whitewashed walls of colonial buildings in La Paz, Bolivia. It states that the band plays just a few of songs in the style in sets dominated by the use of panpipe known as zampoña and a wooden flute called quena. The band performs its concert in the city as part of a tour promoting an album on which several bands play a heavy metal version of songs by an iconic Bolivian folk band Kalamarka. |
