| Abstract: | Frustratingly, we are still in a climate crisis and doing little to stop it. Our home and native land ranks 10th in global greenhouse gas emissions. While Canada took a positive step forward with the passing of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act in 2018, we are still lagging in our efforts to tame the climate change monster. While it's important to tackle major sources of emissions we can also pick "low-hanging fruit" to collectively reduce Canada's carbon footprint. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER] |
