| Abstract: | "Gentle: Rest More, Stress Less, and Live the Life You Actually Want" by Courtney Carver, Grand Central Publishing, 2025, 288 pages I was initially drawn to this book by its gorgeous cover and intriguing title. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. Gentle is the opposite of hustle, inviting readers to slow down and consider that constantly doing more may not bring us what we want the most. The message isn't about abandoning responsibility or embracing procrastination. Rather, it encourages thoughtful prioritization and being mindful of where we invest our energy.
