Abstract: A letter to the editor is presented where the editors express their disagreement with the conclusion of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) report that the lack of studies showing long-term outcomes from autism spectrum disorder (ASD) screening means there is insufficient evidence for universal toddler screening for ASD.
