The article focuses on the development of the Independent High-level Commission on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) through the effort of World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. It highlights the purpose of the commission which will focused on determining bond recommendations for countries to curb NCDs. It also mentions the key persons of the commission that will be headed by five co-chairpersons and 21 eminent persons to serve as commissioners. |
