| Abstract (English): |
This article presents a review of the role of parents in the sociomoral development of children from different theoretical perspectives. Emphasis is placed on the role of parents as attachment figures and on the opportunities for parental scaffolding derived from the conflicts that are processed in the family context, opportunities that are related not only to the development of moral concepts, but also to the construction of a sense of moral agency. We conclude by presenting challenges for research in our contexts and for the strengthening of parental support processes and policies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): |
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
