Abstract (English): This article presents a reflection regarding the processes of clinical supervision, from a postmodern relational contextual systemic epistemology, understanding it as an accompaniment that emphasizes the co-construction of a space for dialogue and collaboration that manages to understand the other as a human being in permanent relationship. The reflection focuses on the encounter, as a creative and emerging process, which invites us to see that the answers lie in the subjects themselves, appreciating the other with their own resources, with respect, dignity and hope. A view is offered that legitimizes the complexity of the human being, that highlights the depth and richness of the encounter with the other, emphasizes the permanent task of the ethics of care in the face of vulnerability and distinguishes the value of human solidarity.
