| Abstract (English): | The author deconstructs how elements of defense analysis operate during the process of play in analytic work. In play, a patient's defense process often involves an experience of aliveness and vividness within the analytic couple and is less oriented toward secondary process metacommentary about defensive function than is typical of more formal defense interpretation. The emergence of the analysis of defense that occurs during play is not meant to challenge other forms of defense analysis but is rather adjacent to these forms of defense analysis. This view of a cluster of approaches to defense analysis is consistent with his view that epistemological and ontological approaches often operate simultaneously in analytic work. Im Spiel beinhaltet der Abwehrprozess eines Patienten oft eine Erfahrung von Lebendigkeit und Lebhaftigkeit innerhalb des analytischen Paares und ist weniger auf sekundäre Prozess-Metakommentare über die Abwehrfunktion ausgerichtet, als es für formale Abwehrinterpretation typisch ist. Das Auftauchen der Analyse der Abwehr, die sich während des Spiels ereignet, ist nicht dazu gedacht, andere Formen der Abwehranalyse in Frage zu stellen, sondern steht eher neben diesen Formen der Abwehranalyse. Diese Sichtweise eines Clusters von Ansätzen zur Abwehranalyse steht im Einklang mit seiner Auffassung, dass erkenntnistheoretische und ontologische Ansätze in der analytischen Arbeit oft gleichzeitig wirken. Quando si gioca, il processo di difesa del paziente avviene spesso nel quadro di un'esperienza di vitalità e vividezza nella coppia analitica, ed è meno orientato al metacommento di natura secondaria sulla funzione difensiva rispetto a quanto tipicamente accade nelle interpretazioni delle difese di carattere più formale. L'emergere dell'analisi delle difese, quando avviene durante il gioco, non è volto a sostituire altre forme di analisi delle difese, ma si colloca semmai in contiguità rispetto ad esse. Questa idea di un insieme composito di approcci all'analisi delle difese è coerente con la convinzione dell'autore che in analisi l'approccio epistemologico e quello ontologico operino simultaneamente. L'autore propone infine una teorizzazione generale del processo difensivo durante il gioco, esaminando questo tipo di processi da un vertice clinico tramite due vignette di trattamenti.
