Topics covered include application of Self-Determination Theory's (SDT) motivation framework, and general causality orientations comprised of autonomous, controlled, and impersonal orientation that help explain some trainees' development of burnout while others remain more protected. Also noted is the need for training programmes that provide meaningful rationales. |
