It includes three empirical articles examining psychometric properties of Adlerian measures, challenges faced by pretenure college professors, and the professional identity development of Classical Adlerian practitioners. Additionally, it discusses the influence of Adler's Jewish background on his psychological theories and addresses contemporary issues of antisemitism through the experiences of Jewish Adlerian women.
