| Abstract: | This article focuses on the professional biography and contributions of Dr. Michael C. Roberts to the field of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. Dr. Roberts played a pivotal role in advancing the specialty through leadership, research, and advocacy, including serving as the 31st President of Section I (Clinical Child Psychology) of Division 12 (Society of Clinical Psychology) of the American Psychological Association (APA) and helping to establish APA Division 53, the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SCAAP).
