Abstract: The article reports on the case of a 43-year-old man who presented with cough and expectoration for seven days and later diagnosed with Kartagener's syndrome. The patient had recurrent episodes of respiratory tract infections since birth for which he used drugs from his family doctor. His electrocardiogram showed evidence of dextrocardia while his high resolution computed tomography (CT) of chest and upper abdomen revealed bronchieectasis with situs inversus totalis. He was diagnosed with Kartagener's syndrome characterised by chronic sinusitis, bronchiectasis and situs inversus.
