| Abstract: |
In this article the author discusses the militarization of developments in the biological sciences. He cites the incident in Moscow in October 2002, in which 124 were killed by a mixture of substances from fentanyl. He discusses studies conducted by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Institute of Chemical Defense on chemical agents that impact the central nervous system. He also stresses that the use of non-lethal agents for law enforcement should be disallowed. |
