Abstract: This article presents information about using limited classroom computer resources to help teachers. It is suggested that instead of complaining about having too few computers, teachers should appreciate what they have and should learn ways to utilize them effectively as teaching aids. Web sites provide many programs that help teachers with students working independently on reading and other projects. Students using such programs can test their comprehension and other language arts skills while the teacher works with other students. Information about specific web sites is provided.
