Abstract: The article focuses on educational workshops conducted on near-peer instruction for pre-clerkship physical examination skills. It informs that near-peer instruction is a program in which a more advanced trainee teaches a junior trainee. It is stated that the supplemental near-peer workshops improved the basic physical examination skills of medical students and positively affected their self assurance and comfort with physical examination skills.
