| Abstract: |
A letter to the editor is presented regarding the characterization of synaptic modulators Nrxn1 and Nrxn3 in schizophrenia as demonstrated by a study using a mouse line with ENU-induced Disc1, a principal candidate gene for schizophrenia, L100P mutation, which resulted in disregulation of synaptic modulators expression at key points during a mouse's development as well as in adult mice. |
