| Abstract: | The article describes the efforts of a graduate medical school located in Singapore to design an innovative clerkship that complements the school’s unique curriculum. A year-long programme with a modular competency-based approach was created allowing students to experience care continuity and patient-centredness in the community. The programme was well accepted by faculty and students. The clerkship achieved a high rating in the students’ evaluation of the programme’s viability. |
