The article discusses a study that evaluated advance care planning in chronic lung disease management and the effectiveness of a structured, group-based advance care planning session in helping pulmonary rehabilitation and maintenance programmes. The results of the study suggest that patients with chronic respiratory diseases should be educated about their conditions. |
