Abstract: The article focuses on collection development for nonfiction library materials. The author explores the Texas State Library and Archive Commission's "CREW Method" (Continuous Review, Evaluation, and Weeding) and provides a list of criteria for determining if a book should be kept or thrown out titled "MUSTIE," which includes tossing items that are misleading, trivial, or have been superseded by a new edition.
