Sin embargo, en la actualidad, se está produciendo un cambio hacia un mundo multipolar, con el ascenso de China y otros países del Sur global, lo que está afectando el peso de Occidente en el mundo. El artículo reflexiona sobre los desafíos que enfrenta el mundo en transición, como el cambio climático, la pandemia y los conflictos, y la necesidad de transformaciones institucionales y normativas.
