This article analyzes the approval of the Spanish Cooperation Agency's Feminist Cooperation Strategy from the perspective of the Feminisms Group of the NGO Coordinating Body, within an international context marked by democratic setbacks, attacks on multilateralism and international humanitarian law, the shrinking of civic space, and the increase in inequalities and violence. In this framework, feminist cooperation is conceived as a political and transformative commitment and as a key tool for defending human rights, building peace, and achieving global justice, in a scenario of increasing racist and xenophobic attacks and setbacks in women's rights and equality agendas. The text focuses on the role of civil society as a key political actor in the cooperation system and underscores its contribution to articulating feminist, intersectional, and decolonial approaches. It also analyzes the main pillars of the Strategy —rights, representation, re- sources and alliances— and highlights the centrality of protecting civic space, supporting feminist and human rights organizations in the Global South and the need to move towards funding models consistent with trans- formative feminist cooperation. El presente artículo analiza la aprobación de la Estrategia de Cooperación Feminis- ta de la Cooperación Española desde la mirada del Grupo de feminismos de La Coordinadora de ONGD, en un contexto internacional marcado por los retrocesos democráticos, los ataques al multilatera- lismo y al derecho internacional humanitario, el cierre del espacio cívico y el incremento de las desigualdades y las violencias. En este marco, la cooperación feminista se concibe como una apuesta política y trans- formadora y como una herramienta clave para la defensa de los derechos humanos, la construcción de paz y la justicia global, en un escenario de crecientes ataques racistas y xenófobos y de retrocesos en los derechos de las mujeres y en las agendas de igualdad. El texto pone el foco en el papel de la socie- dad civil como actor político clave del sistema de cooperación y subraya su contribución a la articulación de enfoques feministas, inter- seccionales y decoloniales. Asimismo, anali- za los principales ejes de la Estrategia —dere- chos, representación, recursos y alianzas— y destaca la centralidad de la protección del espacio cívico, el apoyo a las organizacio- nes feministas y defensoras de derechos hu- manos de los Sures globales y la necesidad de avanzar hacia modelos de financiación coherentes con una cooperación feminista transformadora.
