Studies in science and technology guide the efforts in fresh horticultural products, safe, nutritious and innocuous to the final consumer, additionally focused on finding methodologies to improve maturation, size, resistance to handling, tolerance to pests and diseases, aiming to increase per capita consumption. The focus is on new packaging, controlled and modified atmosphere chambers leading to more resistant products to physiological stress, bioinformation, bioregulators and / or bio-stimulants. |
